Managers meeting for 10th All India Police Judo Cluster 2025 held at Srinagar

Srinagar, October 08 (KIP)- Anand Jain, IPS, Additional Director General of Police (Armed), Jammu and Kashmir, today chaired Managers meeting at Polo Ground, Srinagar, to review and finalize the arrangements for the 10th All India Police Judo Cluster 2025, being hosted by the J&K Police from October 9 to 16, 2025.
The meeting was attended by Team Managers representing contingents from various States, Union Territories, and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) teams across the country. Comprehensive discussions were held on all aspects of the national event, including accommodation, transport, venue readiness, medical facilities, and security arrangements.
The championship will witness participation of more than 2,000 athletes representing State Police Organizations and CAPFs, competing at the Sher-i-Kashmir Indoor Stadium and Polo Ground Srinagar.
While addressing the gathering, Shri Jain emphasized the importance of timely coordination, meticulous planning, and high standards in ensuring the successful conduct of this prestigious tournament.
Describing it as a matter of great pride for J&K Police, the ADGP highlighted that such events, play a vital role in fostering Sportsmanship, National Integration, and Police–public goodwill.
Among others who were present on the occasion include Shri Sheikh Junaid Mehmood, IPS, DIG IR Kashmir; Shri Shahid Mehraj, IPS DIG AP Kmr, Shri Munir Ahmad SSP APCR Kashmir; Commandants of Srinagar City-based Battalions; Sh. Davi Lal Chief Observer from All India Police Control Board and Team Managers from participating contingents.
