Police takes action against 09 stunt bikers in Ganderbal

Srinagar, November 23 (KIP)-Police in Ganderbal during a special drive against traffic violations, detained nine (09) teenagers found performing dangerous and life-threatening stunts on the National Highway (NHW).
During the action, police also seized five (05) modified motorcycles with concealed rear registration number plates, in violation of the Motor Vehicles Act.
The apprehended teenagers will be handed over to their families after proper counselling and execution of a good-behaviour bond to ensure that such acts are not repeated in the future.
J&K Police urges parents to remain vigilant and advises youth to refrain from such unsafe practices that endanger their own lives as well as public safety.
