Good Governance Week under “Prashasan Gaon Ki Ore 2025” Successfully Concluded at Hunderi Village

Nubra, December 24 (Scoop News)-As part of the observance of Good Governance Week, an outreach camp under the Prashasan Gaon Ki Ore 2025 initiative was successfully concluded today at Hunderi village in Tehsil Diskit.
The camp was held under the chairmanship of the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Nubra, Mukul Beniwal, IAS, along with the incharge Tehsildar Diskit, Habibullah.
The outreach programme aimed to strengthen citizen centric service delivery, ensure doorstep redressal of public grievances and promote the effective implementation of various government welfare schemes.
Officials from multiple departments interacted with local residents and addressed their grievances on the spot.
Services delivered during the camp included the issuance of 8 Electoral Roll entries, 10 Resident Certificates, 2 Income Certificates, 8 Scheduled Tribe Certificates and 27 revenue extracts.
Additionally, 4 Aadhaar applications were processed.
The Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs updated e-KYC for 3 ration cards and issued 2 new ration card application forms.
The Agriculture Department provided services related to the identification of 3 Ladakh greenhouses.
The Rural Development Department completed e-KYC for 15 beneficiaries under MGNREGA. The Sheep Husbandry Department distributed 16 Albendazole tablets and attended to 2 treatment cases.
During the visit, the Sub Divisional Magistrate also inspected the hospital and schools of Hunderi village and interacted with teachers, students and hospital staff to assess the functioning of the school and Hospital.
The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from the local populace, reaffirming the administration’s commitment to delivering essential public services in an efficient, transparent, and accessible manner
