Police Alerts Citizens on VPN Usage Restrictions In Pulwama

Srinagar, December 30 (KIP)-Police in Pulwama informs the general public that, following directions from the District Magistrate, Pulwama, the use of Virtual Private Network (VPN) services has been temporarily restricted across the district with immediate effect.
This measure has been taken as a preventive step to ensure public safety, cyber security, and maintenance of law and order. It is aimed at preventing any misuse of VPN services that could hinder lawful monitoring or compromise security.
The public is requested to fully comply with the restrictions and refrain from using VPN services on all digital devices during this period. Any violation of these directions will invite strict legal action under applicable laws.
