Sacred Kalash Containing Holy Soil from Shri Guru Ravidas Ji's Birthplace Installed
at Shri Guru Ravidas Temple, Jallo Chak

Jammu, August 02 (KIP)-On the sacred occasion of the 650th Birth Anniversary of Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidas Ji Maharaj, a Kalash containing holy soil from Shri Guru Ravidas Ji's sacred birthplace at Seer Govardhanpur, Varanasi, was ceremoniously installed at Shri Guru Ravidas Temple, Ward No. 68, Jallo Chak, under the "Shri Guru Ravidas Samrasta Sankalp Abhiyan."
The installation ceremony was held with great religious devotion and reverence. A large number of devotees gathered to pay their respects and seek the blessings of Guru Ravidas Ji. The sacred Kalash symbolizes social harmony, equality, and the timeless teachings of Guru Ravidas Ji, inspiring people to follow the path of unity, peace, and brotherhood.
The organizers stated that the initiative aims to spread Guru Ravidas Ji's message of social equality, harmony, and universal brotherhood while strengthening spiritual and cultural values in society.
The ceremony concluded with prayers for peace, prosperity, and communal harmony. Devotees, local residents, and members of the organizing committee participated enthusiastically in the religious event.
Among those prominently present were BJP General Secretary (Organisation), Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, Ashok Koul, Mandal President Ajay Pratap, Mandal Secretary Vikram Charak, Langar Seva Samiti President Naresh Charak, Anil Charak, Nepal Chand, Raj Kumar, Rajesh Kumar, Arjun Charak (Lamberdar), Swarn Singh, along with several senior committee members, local residents, and devotees.
