DC Nubra Reviews Implementation of AgriStack Under Digital Agriculture Mission

Nubra, August 08 (KIP)-Deputy Commissioner Nubra, Mukul Beniwal, IAS, convened a virtual meeting with the Chief Agriculture Officer, Leh and the SDAOs of the Agriculture Department to review the progress of AgriStack implementation under the Digital Agriculture Mission and the Mission for Aatmanirbharta in Pulses.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on farmer registration, creation of Farmer IDs and Land IDs, integration of digital land records, linkage with PM-KISAN and creation of farmer databases. The progress of the Digital Crop Survey and its effective implementation in Nubra was also reviewed.
The Deputy Commissioner further directed the Agriculture Department to identify two to three villages in Nubra for focused implementation of the Mission for Aatmanirbharta in Pulses.
He stressed the importance of timely implementation of these initiatives to ensure effective delivery of agriculture related services and benefits to farmers.
