Press Club Kathua condemns attack on a journalist by some miscreants

Jammu, April 24 (KIP)-Press Club of Kathua has condemned the attack by some miscreants on media persons, who were on news coverage in Khthua.
On Wednesday afternoon Press club Kathua took out protest march and tied black ribbon on hands.
Press club President Kathua Ravinder Singh Slathia strongly condemned the attack on the media persons in Khuta while working on ground zero and he further demanded strict action on the miscreants by the Police and in future this will not happened again.
This is not the first case, in past as well, there have been cases of assault on working journalists while on duty and it is a direct attack on the fourth pillar of our democracy, pointed out Ravinder slathia demanded that the government must ensure safety of working journalists.
Journalists of Press Club Kathua will not cover Kathua BJP program.
