Leh, September 09 (KIP)-It is with profound sadness that we report the tragic loss of Inspector Tsewang Namgyal, a dedicated leader of the UT Disaster Response Force (UTDRF), who lost his life during a rescue operation in the Indus River near Khaltsi.
