JD Finance Reviews Public Welfare Schemes, Stresses Timely Implementation for FY 2025-26

Kargil, July 09 (KIP)-Joint Director/Chief Controller Finance (JD/CCF), LAHDC Kargil, Iftikhar Hussain today chaired a meeting with the officers of various departments to review the implementation of public-oriented schemes and units under the subsidy component for the financial year 2025-26.
The meeting was attended by the Joint Director/Chief Planning Officer Kargil, DPO Kargil; Chief Animal Husbandry Officer Kargil; Chief Education Officer Kargil; Chief Horticulture Officer Kargil; Project Director KREDA; District Sheep Husbandry Officer Kargil; Deputy Registrar Cooperative Societies Kargil; Assistant Director Tourism Kargil; Assistant Director Handicrafts Kargil; Superintendent Handloom Kargil; Accounts Officer, DC Office Kargil, along with other officials from various departments.
During the meeting, the JD/Chief Controller Finance reviewed the department-wise schemes and units approved under the subsidy component for FY 2025-26.
The Joint Director asserted that all concerned executing agencies should expedite the implementation process at earliest possibility.
The JD, directed the departments to initiate the tendering process and ensure procurement of required materials by the end of this month to avoid any delays in the execution of projects.
The meeting highlighted the commitment of LAHDC Kargil towards the timely and effective execution of public welfare schemes aimed at socio-economic upliftment across the district.
