04/08/2025

Srinagar, August 04 (KIP)- Dr. Kh. Farooq Renzushah has expressed surprise on Word, "Youm e Siyah" black day call given by some main stream political organizations in style of previous three decade when similar Ragada type calls & slogans in kashmir were being given without bringing entire kashmir society in to confidence.

Today while speaking to the media he said on such supersensitive issued such responsible parties should have coordinated with all such responsinle political parties who are very actively striving for restoring rights of people of j&k state.
The people of j&k state are not able to comprehend & understand what type of call is this and why they are not themselves serious about success of such calls as they would succeed in past. He said that top leadership of all mainstream kashmir centriv political parties should have been taken into confidence what is this call and what are demands and which characteristic of Revival of original state is demanded.Nothing is clear to any leader not any citizen of the state including Ladakh.
Renzushah said even ambiguous statements are being given by its own ally ruling parties about youm e Siyah call. No one is clear are they observing Ragda style youm e Sitah call on 5th August resembling with Martyrs grave yard security scuffle or unfurling black flags on official residences of Legislators & Ministers. He said if all j&k centric political parties are unanimous on the demand of original j&k including Leh, kargil to give rebirth to our orginsl powerful State as it originally existed on 4/8/19 , the stand should have been made clear. Even during parliament session all political parties could be influenced by them to revive original j&k Ladakh stand.
He said that it is j & k state having 222786 square miles original territory size including Pok, Baltistan, Gilgat Tibat haa which was under administrative sway of Maharaja Hari Singh as on 26/10/47 for which accord with Indian domain was made. Only local leaders of the time engineered division of state which does not hold good under the accord Covenant. He said all local political leadership should make their minds clear how our original state is revived rather working clandestinely for another division of j&k & remain happy for sake of power with a homeless state.
He said all those innocent civilians who were killed by identified or unidentified terrorists should be given Martyrs status as symbolised by 13 July martyrs by j& k government. It is imperative for Kashmiri legislators who are in majority in Assembly to pass the resolution in the Assembly for giving the innocent hindu muslim, sikh civilians killed in kashmir the Martyrs status. He said right from 1989 till Baisoran pahalgam terror attack in which 25 Hindu & one muslim Adil Shah while protecting his Hindu brothers were martyred deserve Martyrs status & j& k Assembly has competencr & power to pass this resolution wherby Notification of Martyrs status is issued by the Government of jammu & kashmir bound by law.He said that when Minister status lady Ms Sakina itto jee whose father was killed by terrorist shall not plead martyrs status for father what is the yield of her position towards society as in General. He said Jenab Mustafa Mir who was hanged by terrorists, Mirwaiz Mohammed Farooq, Jenab Gani Lone, jenab Again Mehdi Qazi Nisar, Ghulam Nabi Lone ex Minister were undoubtedly innocent civilians killed by terrorists. Kashmir society ask to their kiths & kins why such personalities have been kept deprived of Martyrs status. The same way kashmiri pandits Sikh and Muslim civilians killed in thousands & thousands since 1989 by terrorists are not being yet given martyr status. The innocent tourists killed in Kashmir deserve martyrs honour by j& k Assembly by convening special session tomorrow on 5 th August and Government orders be issued before 15 August 2025, he demanded. In case kashmiri Legislators fail to do so it unfortunately may give presumtion to ponder that they want their numbers to increase than to honour those who faced bullets or attacked frequently by terrorists in Kashmir.
