PSA Congratulates Chief Patron Dr. G.N. Var On Being Elected Joint Secretary Of NISA At National Level

Srinagar, May 19(KIP)- In a moment of immense pride and historic significance for the private education sector of Jammu & Kashmir, the Private Schools Association (PSA) has extended its heartfelt congratulations to its founding President and Chief Patron, Dr. G.N. Var, on his prestigious election to the national leadership of the National Independent Schools Alliance as Joint Secretary for Organizational Development & Partnerships, recognising his decades of visionary leadership, tireless service and extraordinary contribution towards the cause of education, students welfare and institutional development across the country.

The election was held during the prestigious Annual General Meeting (AGM) of National Independent Schools Alliance at Paonta Sahib in Himachal Pradesh, where leading educationists and representatives from across the country, from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, participated in large numbers.

Describing the development as a landmark achievement for the private education sector of Jammu & Kashmir, PSA members said that Veteran Edu. Leader Dr.G.N Var’s elevation to the national leadership of NISA is a matter of immense pride not only for the Association but for the entire educational fraternity of the Jammu & Kashmir.

In a congratulatory message, PSA President Bilal Ahmad Bhat said that the election of Dr. G.N. Var to such a prestigious national-level position is recognition of his lifelong commitment, visionary leadership and tireless contribution towards the welfare of private schools, students and the larger cause of education.

Bhat said, “The entire PSA fraternity feels proud and honoured today. The election of our respected Chief Patron Dr. G.N. Var Sahib as Joint Secretary of NISA at the national level is a historic achievement for Jammu & Kashmir. We are confident that his vast experience and visionary leadership will greatly contribute towards strengthening the voice of private schools across the country.”

He further said that Dr. Var has always remained a guiding force for the private education sector and has consistently worked for the welfare of students, institutional growth and academic excellence despite numerous challenges faced by the private education sector over the years.

General Secretary (Organization) M. Syed Wani also extended heartfelt congratulations and termed the development a proud and emotional moment for all members associated with PSA.

Wani said, “This is not merely an individual achievement but a collective honour for the entire private education sector of Jammu & Kashmir. Dr. G.N. Var Sahib has dedicated his life towards educational reforms, institutional development and the protection of students’ interests. His election at the national level reflects the trust and respect he commands across the country. We believe his presence in the national leadership of NISA will further strengthen coordination, representation and advocacy for private educational institutions.”

Meanwhile, senior members and office bearers of PSA also congratulated Dr. G.N Var and hailed his election as a historic milestone in the history of Jammu & Kashmir.

The members stated that Dr. Var’s elevation has brought great pride and encouragement to private educational institutions across the region and would inspire the educational community to work with greater unity, commitment and dedication for the betterment of students and institutions alike.

The Association further reiterated its commitment towards working collectively with national educational bodies for safeguarding the interests of students, promoting quality education and strengthening institutional coordination across the country.

PSA members also expressed hope that under the leadership of Dr. G.N. Var at the national platform, the concerns and aspirations of private schools from Jammu & Kashmir would receive stronger representation and wider recognition at the national level.
