Jammu, July 06 (KIP)-BJP National President Sh. Nitin Nabin called upon party workers to further strengthen the organizational structure across Jammu & Kashmir and intensify public outreach to ensure that the benefits of the Narendra Modi-led government's welfare initiatives reach every section of society.

He was addressing a meeting of BJP office bearers at the party headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu, in the presence of BJP National General Secretary, Rajya Sabha MP and J&K Prabhari Tarun Chugh, J&K BJP President and Rajya Sabha MP Sat Sharma, Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh, Leader of Opposition Sunil Sharma, BJP National Secretary and MLA Dr. Narinder Singh, MPs Jugal Kishore Sharma and Ghulam Ali Khatana, former Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Nirmal Singh, former J&K BJP Presidents Ravinder Raina and Ashok Khajuria, along with senior party leaders.

Congratulating the party leadership and cadre on the BJP's journey and organizational growth in Jammu & Kashmir, Nitin Nabin said the party's success is the result of the collective dedication, discipline, and sacrifices of its workers over several decades. He said the vision of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mookherjee for the complete integration of Jammu & Kashmir with the rest of India was realized through the persistent efforts of generations of BJP workers under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Nitin Nabin said Jammu & Kashmir had for decades been projected through a negative narrative, where hartals, curfews, and separatism had become synonymous with the region, adversely affecting the aspirations of its younger generations. He asserted that the Modi government took a historic step by ending the discriminatory provisions of Article 370, paving the way for greater national integration and accelerated development.

Nitin Nabin asked the party leaders to strengthen the BJP in both Jammu and Kashmir regions by conducting regular organizational meetings, maintaining continuous public contact, and effectively communicating the party's ideology, programmes, and the achievements of the Central Government. He said the growing public acceptance of the BJP's policies should inspire workers to further deepen their engagement with society.

Highlighting the importance of youth and women in nation-building, he called for greater participation of both groups within the party organization. He observed that India's young generation is patriotic, aware, and capable of understanding contemporary challenges, and encouraged party leaders to actively connect with them to carry forward the BJP's vision of development, good governance, and national progress.

Nitin Nabin also underlined the distinctive work culture of the BJP, stating that a BJP activist remains committed to public service and national interest throughout the year, unlike workers of many other political parties who become active only during elections.

Earlier, J&K BJP President Sat Sharma briefed the National President on the party's organizational activities and ongoing expansion initiatives across Jammu & Kashmir.

Leader of Opposition Sunil Sharma presented an overview of the prevailing political situation in the Union Territory and highlighted the party's role in addressing public concerns while effectively discharging its responsibilities as the principal opposition.

Later, BJP National President along with other leaders of party, also visited the historic Shree Raghunath temple in Jammu.
