Women’s concerns deserve priority and sensitive attention: Sanjita Dogra

Jammu, August 11 (KIP)-BJP General Secretary and Headquarters Incharge Sanjita Dogra, during her weekly sitting at Pt. Premnath Dogra Bhawan, Kachi Chawni, Jammu, on Tuesday, listened to the grievances and concerns of a large number of women from different areas of Jammu province.
Women from various areas apprised Sanjita Dogra of issues concerning civic amenities, welfare schemes, pensions, employment, electricity, water supply and other matters affecting their daily lives. She gave a patient hearing to every grievance and assured the women that their genuine concerns would be taken up with the concerned authorities and BJP elected representatives for appropriate action.
Most of the issues raised during the sitting were immediately taken up at the appropriate levels in the administration as well as with BJP MPs and MLAs.
Sanjita Dogra said that the party remains committed to providing a responsive and accessible platform to the people and ensuring that genuine grievances are pursued with sincerity and dedication.
“Women are the backbone of families and an important pillar of society. Their concerns deserve priority, serious consideration and sensitive attention. The BJP is committed to ensuring that women approaching the party for assistance are heard with patience and their genuine problems are pursued with the concerned authorities,” she said.
Dogra said that the weekly sittings provide an important opportunity for people, particularly women, to directly approach the party with their problems and seek assistance. She added that such interactions also help the party leadership understand the difficulties being faced by people at the grassroots level.
She emphasised that the BJP would continue to work as a bridge between the people and the administration, making every possible effort for the timely resolution of genuine public issues. She also urged party workers to remain accessible to the people and extend all possible assistance within the framework of the law and established procedures.
Sanjita Dogra expressed gratitude to the administration and BJP MPs and MLAs for their cooperation in resolving the problems of women who approach her for help. She appreciated their prompt response and said that coordinated efforts can make public grievance redressal more effective.
She assured the visiting women that their concerns would be followed up with the concerned departments until appropriate action is taken.
Dogra was accompanied by former DDC member Sharda Bhau and Jammu district vice president Asha Gupta during this weekly sitting.
