DC Leh Hoists National Flag at Council Secretariat, Leh

Leh, August 15 (KIP)-Deputy Commissioner Leh, Shri Romil Singh Donk, IAS, hoisted the National Flag at the Council Secretariat, Leh, on the occasion of 80th Independence Day.
The ceremony was held with due solemnity and patriotic fervour, marking the celebration of the nation’s independence and reaffirming the spirit of unity and national service.
ADDC Leh, Shri Rigzin Spalgon, JKAS, Chief Controller of Finance, LAHDC Leh, Dr. Zulfikar Ali, JKAS, district officers along with other officials and staff of the Council Secretariat, were present on the occasion.
