Srinagar, September 03 (KIP)-Altaf Hussain Deaded, a 28-year-old PhD scholar in Computer Science at the University of Kashmir, died tragically in a road accident at Khanyar, Srinagar, on Thursday.
A resident of Sangerwani, Pulwama, Altaf Hussain Deaded was the beloved nephew of Ghulam Rabbani, Imam of Mir Masjid, Khanyar, Srinagar, who also serves as a Theology Teacher at Millennium International School, Khanyar.
The tragic demise of the young scholar has left his family, friends, teachers and the wider community in deep shock and grief.
Expressing profound sorrow over the loss, PSA State President Bilal Ahmad Bhat said, “The tragic loss of a young and promising scholar like Altaf Hussain Deaded is deeply heartbreaking. His untimely demise is an irreparable loss to his family, school community and society. May Almighty Allah grant the departed soul the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous and bless the bereaved family with strength, patience and Sabr-e-Jameel to bear this irreparable loss.”
The management of Millennium International School also expressed deep grief over the tragic demise, saying, “The untimely loss of a young and promising scholar is deeply painful. Altaf Hussain Deaded was a bright and promising young man and his tragic passing has left a profound void. Our thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved family during this extremely difficult time.”
The school management said that the loss of a young scholar at such a promising stage of life was particularly painful and extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
The entire Millennium International School and the Private Schools Association (PSA) expressed solidarity with the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul.
They prayed to Almighty Allah to grant Altaf Hussain Deaded eternal peace, forgive his shortcomings, elevate his ranks in Jannat-ul-Firdous and give his family the strength to bear the profound loss.
