Genuine issues of Teachers fraternity for the kind attention of inister for Education:Ravinder

Jammu, September 27 (KIP)-Several Lecturers,Headmasters Of Jammu province have complained of neglect and step motherly treatment in the matter of routine transfers& genuine modifications etc.Most of these candidates have long completed their tenure and are entitled to receive due considerations for transfer requests.
While the number of transfer orders are issued in regular basis in Kashmir region and shared with us but the candidates in Jammu are suffering on various counts .Several have their genuine reasons and bona-fide grounds like health grounds, parents or children problems besides feeling sickness or difficulties after long services at one station.
Such an approach and long delays especially to desiring and deserving candidates from one region sends a very wrong message and feeling o discrimination, which is not appreciable in such an atmosphere.
In view of this I appeal to Hon'ble Minister for Education to personally look into this matter and take early steps to streamline the system especially to end discrimination.
It is the duty of Hon'ble MLAs of Jammu region,irrespective of political affiliations, to bring the issue to the attention of the authorities at the helm of affairs.
Hope the Hon'ble Minister will look into this aspect without further delay and end the feeling of neglect ,discrimination and injustice.
